Tuesday, August 16, 2005 the girls enjoyed themselves

The baby contest was over last weekend. Sad to say, both the girls did not win anything but we are happy that they enjoyed that day. There were so many cute babies all dressed up for the contest. All the parents were just as excited as the babies. It wasn't really that great not because the gals did not win anything but we did not expect the doctors to be the judges. They asesss each baby based on their age. I went into the room with DZ and DH. The doctor asked me couple of questions as to how many words can she talk and can she walk on her own. I answered her and that's it. DZ took one of the toys from the table and she threw it down on the floor. Well guess what , it broke. Not her fault and the doctor wasn't that happy. We left the room saying sorry. DA (darling amiira) went in to another room with her mom. According to my sister, the doctor did not ask her any question, she simple gave DA few toys to hold on. That's all. We went back to the hall and waited. The gals were sleepy by the time they announced the result. Well we expected it. But the baby boy who won the top prize was cute. His sister won the other category in which DZ was in :-). Well they are of mixed parenting and looked very cute. All not wasted as we had nice buffet lunch and we took lots of nice pics of the girls together. I told my sis that there are more contest coming up :)
