Thursday, August 11, 2005 concentrated effort

The house was in a mess. Last weekend, I went to my mom place because dh was working and dz was feeling bored. I can't do any housework with her behind me always. DZ was happy because there were my mom, sister and dad to give her all the attention. My other sis and I planned to bring the children out for shopping. We need to get some nice cute outfits for the baby contest. My mom joined us too. We went to the shop 'LIFEBABY' at Robinsons. I saw one cute jeans and wanted to try it on DZ. I took off her cloths to try the cute orange kurta and the jeans but she was busy looking around the shop wearing only her pampers. I ran after her and quickly put on the cloths before someone else enter the shop. She looked cute in the jeans. We got something for DZ and next was for amiira. My sis took out a peach colored sleeveless top that has frills on the front and a bare back. She tried it on for amiira and she looked very charming. My sis liked it alot too and we were both very happy that we managed to get something nice for the gals. We head back home after shopping. Back to my messy house, I did not do any cleaning that week and I kept complaining to DH that the house was very dusty. Monday I really could not take it. I told my DH to take care of zoha and I started with the store room. I arranged the things neatly and cleaned the rest of the rooms and the hall. My DZ was asleep by the time I was done with half the work. I was dead tired but I felt happy to see the house clean ;-) . We had our dinner at 11.30pm. It was National day the next day. DH took leave from work to spend the day with me and dz eventhough it was a public holiday for the rest of us. He helped with the rest of the housework while DZ was sleeping in the morning. I better give him some credits before he jumps at me after reading this blog :-). My DH has protested number of times at some of my post but when I told him to write it down on the comment, he did not want to do it. He said he will deal with me alone on those posts :-)
